Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge clients and engineering teams to shape cloud-native application architectures and modernization journeys. You’ll drive digital transformation for private-sector accounts and craft compelling proposals that win with modern tech like Generative AI. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, multi-domain solutions and reusable presales assets. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with significant impact on delivery strategy and business value.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the technical presales strategy for Custom Software Development, Application Modernization, and Systems Integration opportunities (RFI, RFP, SoW, PoC)
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures (microservices, event-driven, serverless, API-led connectivity)
• Translate business requirements into technical backlogs; define team topologies and estimate efforts; build pricing models




• Lead technical discovery workshops, whiteboard sessions, and architecture reviews with client stakeholders
• Define end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, incorporating DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Data/AI, and Security presales teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Create presales assets, reference architectures, and go-to-market offerings for the Applications practice

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years IT experience with software development/architecture background
• 4+ years in pre-sales, client interlocutor, or IT consulting for mid-market and large private-sector accounts
• Proven track record of winning application development or modernization deals (u003e€500K)
