Experteer Overview As a Procurement Operations Manager in Glovo’s Integral Procurement team, you will lead and optimize procurement operations in Barcelona, ensuring compliant, efficient processes from requisition to purchase order. You’ll coach a procurement team, own KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. You’ll drive process simplification, digitalisation, and automation while partnering with Technology and cross-functional teams to evolve governance and controls. - Lead procurement operations to ensure accurate, compliant execution from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order
- Coach and develop the procurement team with clear objectives and a culture of ownership
- Own operational KPIs/SLAs and use data to drive improvements
- Develop reporting and convert procurement data into insights for leadership
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitalise and automate processes
- Partner with Technology and other teams on process and system enhancements from requirements to adoption

- Manage complex operational issues and provide root-cause resolution

- Experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay in an international setting
- Proven leadership and people development experience
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data/KPIs-driven decision making
- Experience leading process improvement, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives
- Strong project and stakeholder management across functions and levels
- Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP is highly desirable; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
