Experteer Overview
In this role, you support over 40 entities across EMEA by maintaining and improving the Dynamics 365 Fu0026amp;O landscape as a trusted partner to end users. You’ll work with a global ERP team to optimize processes and ensure high-quality internal support. You’ll tackle incidents, coordinate changes, and contribute to ongoing ERP initiatives, leveraging Microsoft technologies to enable better business decisions. This position offers exposure to a dynamic, international environment with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fu0026O
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related incidents and system issues
• Maintain stability, performance, and functionality of the D365 Fu0026O platform
• Manage and coordinate system changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in testing,



validation, and deployment of new functionalities and updates
• Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction in line with Fagron's Customer is Number 1 mindset

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Functional Dynamics 365 Fu0026O / Finance u0026 Supply Chain Management support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fu0026O
• Experience troubleshooting ERP system issues and supporting business users
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
