Experteer Overview In this role you drive technical CAPEX and maintenance projects to improve installation performance and reduce total cost of ownership while upholding safety and compliance. You work closely with Maintenance or Technical Managers to ensure asset availability and may lead project teams from design through delivery. You may specialize or act as a generalist, applying maintenance and improvement methods to optimize production processes. This position offers hands-on project leadership in a global context with a focus on technical excellence and cross-functional coordination.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead CAPEX and maintenance projects, from budgeting and design to execution and delivery
- Draft project objectives, specifications, and cost estimates; validate design optionsand certify technical accuracy
- Conduct technical audits, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation and reporting




- Define maintenance standards and procedures; schedule and supervise maintenance work; troubleshoot recurring issues
- Manage inventory to ensure availability of parts for continuous production
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians; stay updated on maintenance and engineering developments
