Venga is a crypto platform for beginners who have not yet purchased their first bitcoin and are looking to take their first steps in blockchain/crypto. We are the first Catalan crypto app, and we are focused on building something that speaks to the local communities in Barcelona, Catalonia, and in the whole of Spain. We want to educate and empower people to effortlessly discover, and make their first investment in crypto. Venga has been approved by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in Spain and holds the MiCA license to operate in Europe as a crypto asset service provider. Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Product Treasury & Operations Manager who will take ownership of the operational liquidity and financial flows that power Venga’s products. Working within the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product, you will ensure that Venga always maintains sufficient liquidity across its operational accounts and wallets. This is not an accounting or traditional corporate treasury position! You will be responsible for the day-to-day movement, allocation, and control of funds required for our products to operate effectively. You will also manage the automation and improvement of these processes. The idóneo candidate is highly organized with experience in crypto, treasury operations, liquidity management, and reconciliation. You should be comfortable managing critical financial processes, working across multiple projects and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Finance to build and manage complex operational workflows. This role is ideal for an ambitious manager who wants to be one of the first ops hires, help build and grow a new function, and advance their career at Venga. What You'll Be Doing

Manage Venga’s day-to-day product liquidity operations. Map end-to-end product financial flows, FoF diagrams, and BPMN diagrams to have a 360° understanding of all of our operations. Work closely with Finance to manage reconciliation processes and resolve operational differences between balances if they occur. Support the Head of Product in assessing the operational requirements of new products and features.



Control all crypto and fiat operations and serve as the first line of defense, managing situations and resolving issues for our users as quickly as possible. Work with Customer Support to investigate product issues caused by delayed transfers, failed settlements, or provider problems. Monitor balances and coordinate and execute transfers between operational accounts to ensure customer deposits, withdrawals, purchases, sales, and swaps process without interruption. Ensure that sufficient fiat and crypto liquidity is available across all operational accounts, providers, and wallets. Also ensure that sufficient gas tokens and other operational crypto balances are maintained across all relevant blockchain wallets. Continuously identify manual processes that can be automated, simplified, or eliminated. Together with the Head of Product, plan liquidity requirements around banking cut-off times, weekends, public holidays, and out-of-hours liquidity monitoring, provider downtime, delays, blockchain congestion, and automation failures. Forecast short-term liquidity requirements based on customer activity, and continuously use this for control. Maintain a complete and accurate overview of where operational funds are held and how they move throughout Venga’s product infrastructure. Manage the product onboarding process of new providers, bank accounts, fiat currencies, crypto-assets, and on-ramp and off-ramp rails. Maintain strong relationships with operational contacts at Venga’s external providers and manage escalations when issues arise. Work with Compliance, Finance and Security to ensure that all liquidity processes follow Venga’s internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements. Who You Are & What You'll Need

You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in product operations managing treasury, liquidity operations, payments, settlements, banking operations,



crypto operations, and wallet operations. Native or Advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus. Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto. Experience in a regulated fintech, payments, or crypto company is considered a strong advantage. You understand that this is a product operational treasury role rather than an accounting, bookkeeping, or corporate finance position. You are comfortable working with both crypto-assets and fiat currencies. You are highly analytical and can use data to forecast liquidity requirements and identify operational risks. You are process-driven and able to build reliable controls around critical financial operations. You are technically minded and comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams on APIs, automation, dashboards, and internal tools. You proactively identify problems and implement solutions rather than waiting for instructions. You are comfortable managing a function that is still being established and creating structure where processes may currently be manual. You are ambitious and want to grow into a senior role as Venga and the function continue to grow. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to take on multiple processes simultaneously. You have exceptional attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy when managing financial transfers. You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines or resolving urgent operational or settlement incidents. You can break complex problems into manageable, actionable chunks and solve each one accurately and effectively. What we offer
