At NTT DATA, we are looking for aSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGAto join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization.Key Responsibilities:ProvideL2 operational supportfor SailPoint IdentityIQ.Manage and resolveincidents, service requests and operational tasksrelated to the IGA platform.MonitorSailPoint IIQ platform health, scheduled tasks and identity processes .Supportprovisioning and deprovisioning processesand investigate provisioning failures.Supportaccess certification campaignsand other access governance activities.Analyze alerts, logs and operational issues and perform initial troubleshooting.Escalate complex technical issues to the SailPoint development team or IGA Lead when required.Support testing, releases and platform changes from an operational perspective.Maintain operational procedures,



runbooks and technical documentation.Participate in knowledge-transfer and continuous improvement activities.Requirements:Experience providingL2 support or administration of SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA platforms .Good understanding ofIdentity Governance & Administrationconcepts, including identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications.Knowledge ofActive Directory and LDAP .Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such asServiceNow, Jira or similar .Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.Professional working proficiency inEnglish .Nice to have:Hands-on experience withSailPoint IdentityIQ .Basic knowledge ofLinux and SQL .Experience withServiceNow .Knowledge ofEntra IDand hybrid identity environments.SailPoint certification.Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-impact international projects.Training and development in leading IAM technologies (e.G., SailPoint).Career growth within a general company like NTT DATA.Collaborative and multicultural work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
