As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maersk, you connect top talent with meaningful opportunities and drive a quality recruitment experience. You will support end-to-end hiring across the Europe Talent Acquisition Team, building pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers and People Partners. You help align hires with business goals, culture, and priorities while delivering efficient, compliant processes. This role offers impact at scale within a general, diverse, performance-driven organization.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally international or matrixed environments
• Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management, and compliance
• Ability to develop sourcing plans and engage candidates effectively
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Data-informed decision-making using internal and external market data
• Problem-solving mindset and practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Attention to detail and accurate recruitment data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, accountable, and focused on a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
