Experteer Overview In this role you use linguistic expertise and AI know-how to build and evaluate language-learning solutions powered by AI. You formalize linguistic phenomena, design prompts, and assemble datasets for training, evaluation, and calibration. You investigate model behavior to identify and fix quality issues, and you collaborate with engineers and product teams to scale language-learning experiences across languages. You stay current with NLP advances and contribute to reusable tooling and pipelines. This is an opportunity to shape the future of education at global scale with human-led, AI-enhanced learning.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Formalise linguistic phenomena into rules, taxonomies, and system requirements • Design, evaluate, and improve prompts for language-learning use cases • Build representative datasets with guidelines and QA processes • Evaluate model behaviour, investigate failures, and validate fixes across prompts, models, data, and processing • Use Python to process linguistic data and automate evaluation • Collaborate with engineers, PMs, learning designers,



and other linguists to scale solutions across languages • Stay informed of best practices and advances in NLP and LLM research

Responsabilidades • 2–3 years of experience in Computational Linguistics, NLP, or related role • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt design and evaluation • Proficiency in Python for data processing, evaluation, and automation • Strong understanding of datasets, annotation workflows, evaluation methods, and QA for AI systems • AI-native mindset and comfort using AI tools in problem solving and automation • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams • Degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, NLP, Language Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Excellent command of English, spoken and written
