Responsabilidades • Deep, current knowledge of agentic AI and its tools, patterns, and limits • Empirical judgment to distinguish between useful automation and simple scripts • Strong generalist capable across backend, scripting, CI/CD, and tooling • Ability to identify repetitive work and quantify frequency and cost • Collaborative, team-embedded approach with effective listening and co-development • Fresh perspective with no baggage about entrenched workflows • English fluency; Spanish valued for Barcelona-based collaboration
