Experteer Overview In this role, you will oversee a large supplier portfolio and drive data-driven decision making to align 200 suppliers with global strategies. You will work with Category Management, Supplier Technicians, and business units to manage performance, risk, and compliance. You’ll translate data insights into supplier plans, lead reviews, and support continuity and efficiency across the ecosystem. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position focused on measurable impact and scalable supplier management.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Oversee day-to-day supplier portfolio across assigned category • Analyze spending and performance data to support high-level supplier plans • Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and coordinate with Supplier Technicians • Ensure baseline contractual compliance and terms aligned with Flowserve policies • Lead supplier engagements and reviews based on KPI compliance • Monitor capacity, lead times,



and service levels to ensure continuity • Escalate performance or risk concerns to appropriate teams • Maintain master data and engage stakeholders to ensure clear communication • Analyze aggregate supplier load to identify bottlenecks and propose alternative sourcing • Coordinate issue resolution and risk escalation through established channels

Responsabilidades • 4+ years in supply chain • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills • Understanding of both commercial and technical supply chain aspects • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills • Proficiency in project management • Knowledge of category area market dynamics • Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation • Certified Supply Chain Professional • Geographically mobile for engagement opportunities • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
