Responsabilidades • Executive experience in COO, VP Ops, or similar senior leadership role in a fast-growing tech/fintech • Proven track record in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes • Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making • Strong team leadership, empathy, and ability to empower high-performing teams • Execution-focused with ownership mindset in fast-paced environments • Willingness to travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
