Experteer Overview In this role you support client solutions within SLAs, focusing on configuration, installations, and break/fix activities. You will grow toward professional certifications while expanding your business knowledge. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and document standard procedures. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Owns substantial portions of installations and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity • Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle • Escalates complex problems to relevant third parties • Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover • Compiles and maintains project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback) • Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization • Takes leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice • Performs other related tasks as required





Responsabilidades • Developing project and administration abilities • Understanding of technical design principles and compute layers • Ability to understand project and administration processes • Strong learning orientation • Good verbal communication skills • Client service orientation • Hands-on proactive approach • Knowledge of security concepts and application • Ability to configure/manage security controls (SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots) • Knowledge of log collection mechanisms (Syslog, log files, DB API) • Security architecture knowledge • ETL concepts and data processing at scale with Terraform • Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Web service protocols and frameworks for high availability and auto-scaling • Programming knowledge (Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, R, .NET, PowerShell) • Serverless development • Analytical skills and effective communication • Problem solving with industry-standard practices • Authentication and authorization controls in securing data and systems • Event Driven Development and asynchronous operations • Fundamentals of project execution during installations and assignments • Security technologies and managed services concepts
