Experteer Overview As a Junior Project Manager in Arup’s Madrid team, you help coordinate multidisciplinary projects that shape sustainable built environments. You’ll work with engineers, suppliers, and clients to keep deliverables on track, while developing planning, cost control, and stakeholder management skills. This role offers exposure to diverse project types across Spain, with mentorship from experienced professionals. You’ll be part of a general, inclusive culture that values meaningful work and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades • Degree in Industrial, Civil or Building Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline • First project experience with industrial facilities, data centres, BIM or real estate financial analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting • Knowledge of project planning and cost management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or Presto • Fluent English and Spanish (C1) with strong communication skills
