Experteer Overview In this role you enable multinational clients to maximise ADP’s HCM solutions, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and lifecycle support from recruitment through retirement. You will work within the Global HR u0026amp; Talent Client Services team to maintain systems, evaluate new releases, and deliver training and go-live configurations. You’ll collaborate with global peers to resolve tickets and advise on best practices, shaping service quality and client outcomes. This role offers impact through technical stewardship and cross-functional collaboration, within a mission-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Perform SAP SuccessFactors system maintenance and configuration in certified modules • Act as SME to assess new functionality and client impact during SAP biannual releases • Support client service activities including user training and post-go-live configuration • Collaborate with Global Service lead consultant and global team • Respond to client tickets with troubleshooting and break-fix actions • Raise tickets to SAP and coordinate with processors and engineers • Participate in client ticket review calls • Advise clients on Best Practices in HR processes and system usage

Responsabilidades • Bachelor's Degree • SAP SF Certification in Employee Central and one additional module • Fluency in English (oral and written) • Strong client service orientation • Good analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Understanding of HR processing procedures • Team-oriented mindset • PC literacy (Windows, Excel, Word) • SF functional/technical certification Employee Central • 3+ years SFSF implementation or service experience • SAP ERP ECC6 knowledge (plus) • Siebel CRM or other CRM tools knowledge
