Experteer Overview In this role you amplify ALOHAS across global media by cultivating editor, influencer, and celebrity relationships and by leading end-to-end PR events. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail to align launches with campaigns, while tracking results to inform strategy. The position combines hands-on pitching, hosting, and measuring impact in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven start-up environment. You will shape conversations and secure meaningful coverage that grows brand awareness.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Build and nurture relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities to maximise coverage across key markets • Plan and run PR events end to end (press days, launches, store visits, activations) including concept, guest list,



logistics and follow-up • Develop and execute influencer and community marketing strategies that support brand initiatives • Manage gifting and seeding logistics to optimize impact and reciprocity • Secure new media opportunities in print and digital channels and convert launches into compelling stories • Identify and track industry trends to keep ALOHAS in relevant conversations • Measure and report coverage, reach, EMV, and action-based results to guide next steps using specified tools • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail to plug PR into launches and openings

Responsabilidades • 3–5 years of hands-on PR experience in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle (brand-side or agency) • Existing network of press and/or influencer contacts with growth potential • Experience in organizing and hosting events • Experience with US, France and UK markets is a plus • Data-minded approach to quantify placements and outcomes • Ability to manage multiple launches, events and shipments simultaneously • Creativity, energy and strong taste in how ALOHAS presents itself
