We're looking for a Business Analyst to lead discovery, current-state documentation, and target process design for a carrier-grade telecom OSS/BSS migration. You'll work between business stakeholders, technical leads, and solution architects to define scope and process architecture. What You'll Do

Document current-state business and system integration landscapes; map end-to-end legacy-to-target flows for provisioning, activation, and billing Produce interface catalogues, data dictionaries, business process maps,



and traceability matrices Run requirements workshops with business and technical teams and resolve conflicting priorities Apply TM Forum eTOM to map processes across domains and define system boundaries What You Bring

7+ years as a Business Analyst in large telecom carriers, MVNOs, or complex IT transformation programs Hands-on OSS/BSS experience (billing, provisioning, order management, CRM) Strong knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and carrier-grade operational governance Experience working with operator teams in Latin America or North America Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) What We Offer
