Experteer Overview As an Account Manager in Glovo’s Regions team, you drive growth and strong partnerships with top restaurant partners. You will own city-level strategies for growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, ensuring partners thrive within the platform. You’ll cultivate close partner relationships, monitor KPIs, and advance initiatives like promos, marketing activations, and menu performance. - Build and maintain proactive relationships with top partners; conduct partner meetings and business reviews
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate reports, and take actions to meet OKRs
- Plan and execute growth actions: promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Enhance Glovo visibility via marketing kits and merchandizing with partners
- Negotiate commissions and sell assets to improve revenue

- 1+ year experience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
- Computer literate; proficient in Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel
- Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
