Experteer Overview In this role you will lead advanced planning and scheduling for large or multiple projects, applying risk-focused methodologies to support project objectives. You will implement planning strategies, develop WBS and CBS with project leads, and deliver performance reports and schedule analyses. Your work will help identify bottlenecks, assess changes, and inform resourcing and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time project delivery and add value through robust planning.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Implement planning and scheduling strategy and procedures for projects
- Develop and maintain WBS and CBS with project stakeholders
- Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and project reports
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses for the project
- Analyze deviations from baseline schedules and propose corrective actions




- Contribute to Monthly Project Reports and other status presentations
- Prepare resourcing plans and peak-leveling recommendationsResponsabilidades
- Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management
- Experience with data centres, life sciences/pharma or related sectors (preferred)
- Advanced use of project scheduling tools, Primavera P6 preferred
- Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and produce status reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
