You will draft and negotiate key documents, oversee due diligence, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional deals. - Spanish degree and Master in Law
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish; fluency in English
- Around three to six years of Real Estate experience
- Strong legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and due diligence
- Ability to draft clear, precise legal documents
