In this role you assist Senior Cost Managers across tasks from cost plans to procurement and change control, contributing to successful project outcomes. You will engage with clients, contractors and designers to ensure accurate cost reporting and value delivery. - Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Estimate and produce cost plans
- Compile and amend tender lists
- Draft procurement documentation and tender reports
- Review and analyse tenders; handle variations and change control processes
- Perform cost checks, valuations and prepare monthly reports




- Analyze numbers for final accounts; liaise with clients andproject stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials for client pitches
- Enter key information into the internal Turner u0026 Townsend databaseResponsabilidades
- University degree in construction related engineering, architecture or a relevant field
- Previous experience in cost management is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish
