Experteer Overview
In this role, you will build and optimize the operating system for Preply’s copy function, turning ideas into actionable, AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with the Copy team and cross-functional partners to manage demand, priorities, and capacity while streamlining intake and automation. You’ll design repeatable processes, measure impact, and scale multilingual copy initiatives. This position offers the chance to shape how AI supports efficient, high-quality copy at a integral education platform.

• Create a clear view of copy demand, priorities and capacity using Jira, Slack and squad boards
• Improve copy intake to convert varied requests into actionable briefs
• Coordinate weekly prioritization, flag conflicts and dependencies
• Identify repetitive coordination tasks and automate or simplify them
• Gather feedback and refine processes as volume grows
• Apply AI and automation to workflows for briefing, management, reporting and insights
• Develop simple automations, dashboards and tool integrations
