Experteer Overview As Regional Employee Relations Specialist, you support Europe-wide ER matters within BSI’s People team, helping ensure compliant, employee-centric outcomes. You’ll handle investigations, case management, and policy implementation while partnering with HR colleagues to strengthen employee experience and reduce risk. This role blends hands-on ER work with process improvement across Southern Europe in a fast-paced, international setting. You’ll work to scale best practices across regions and contribute to general ER initiatives, using data and policy to drive consistent outcomes. - Manage employee relations cases across Europe (disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, performance, reorganisations)
- Guide managers and stakeholders to deliver compliant, fair outcomes
- Conduct or support investigations with thorough documentation and case records
- Develop and evaluate ER programmes, policies, and procedures with regional law in mind
- Deliver ER training and capability-building for managers and People teams
- Coordinate with People Operations/People Partners on employment law updates and ER best practices across Europe
- Maintain ER documentation, templates, and agreements




- Analyze ER trends and case data to identify improvements and risk reduction
- Support initiatives like Early Resolution Frameworks and continuous improvement programmes
- Identify efficiencies through AI and digitalisation in ER administration and case management
- Contribute to regional and global ER initiativesResponsabilidades
