Experteer Overview As part of the Security Operations Center, you monitor, triage, and investigate security events to detect threats in real time. You’ll refine detection capabilities, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate incidents. This role supports Spain-based clients, contributing to a safer digital environment at a European leader in cybersecurity services. You will work in shifts within a 24/7 SOC, staying current on emerging threats and improving playbooks and processes.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from diverse detection systems
- Perform triage and initial investigation of security incidents
- Identify, document, and respond to real-time threats
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security events and potential breaches
- Execute incident response procedures according to playbooks
- Document findings and create detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with security teams for threat intelligence and remediation
- Configure and fine-tune security monitoring tools to enhance detection
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes and procedures




- Stay updated on emerging threats and attack techniquesResponsabilidades
- Master in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, networks, and operating systems
- Experience with EDR solutions (Crowdstrike, Cortex XDR, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)
- Familiarity with XDR platforms (Sekoia, Palo Alto XSIAM, Crowdstrike XDR, SentinelOne XDR)
- Knowledge of SIEM technologies and log analysis
- Understanding of attack vectors, TTPs, and cyber kill chain
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Language skills: Spanish and English; French is compulsory/valued
- Ability to work in a 24/7 SOC shift pattern
- Professional certifications (e.G., CompTIA Security+, SANS GIAC, CEH, CDSA, SOC*00, BLT) are a plus
