Experteer Overview
In Bilbao, you will lead scientific and medical affairs activities to support product launches and ongoing medical education. You will build and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to communicate trial data and medical information. You will train the sales force and provide medical oversight for promotional materials and communications. Your work directly supports cross-functional teams to advance the company’s medical plan and patient care impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as primary medical information contact for physicians, pharmacists, and patients.
• Train the sales force on new products and onboarding materials.
• Support sales through external lectures and events.
• Establish and nurture relationships with opinion leaders; plan advisory boards, congresses, and symposia.
• Provide medical-scientific input for marketing materials, including creation, review, and medical approval.




• Advise internal teams on product range development and marketing strategies.
• Create medical risk assessments with Quality Department.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance on drug safety issues.
• Educate medical professionals on product use and evidence interpretation.
• Communicate clinical trial results and scientific publications clearly.
• Develop external relationships with KOLs and other field experts; engage in research collaborations and clinical trials.

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in medical affairs or as an MSL, preferably in diabetes or a related field
• experience with literature review and clinical trials
• English and Spanish language proficiency
• conscientious work approach and strong team/customer orientation
