As a Global Technology Vendor Management Expert, you maximize value from strategic Software, SaaS and Cloud vendors while guarding Roche against value leakage across commercial, contractual, financial, operational and compliance domains. You serve as a trusted advisor across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance and security functions, shaping decisions and translating vendor commitments into tangible business outcomes. You will lead governance for complex global relationships and mentor others to raise the team’s capability. This role offers meaningful impact by optimizing vendor performance at scale within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead strategic vendor and contract governance for global Software, SaaS and Cloud relationships, establishing accountability and escalation frameworks
• Provide expert Vendor Management input across the contract lifecycle, including major agreements, renewals and transformations
• Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs/KPIs, liability/remedies, change control and exit strategies
• Lead complex negotiations and remediation with fact-based positions and BATNA strategies
• Identify cost exposure and optimization opportunities through commercial analysis of vendor proposals




• Build business cases and TCO analyses linking commitments, spend and outcomes to detect deviations
• Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, technology and compliance risks
• Translate complex vendor matters into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Act as VM SME to strengthen governance standards and mentor Vendor Managers

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience managing complex integral Technology/IT vendors, especially Software, SaaS and Cloud
• Advanced-to-Expert contract management and negotiation capabilities for complex agreements
• Strong understanding of pricing/licensing, SLAs/KPIs, liability/remedies, change control and transition/exit
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including business cases and cost controls
• Applied Software, SaaS and Cloud expertise to challenge vendor proposals with technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead governance and manage diverse cross-functional and global teams
• Strong strategic thinking and senior stakeholder influence, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Polish and/or Spanish advantageous)
