We're on the lookout for a dynamic, commercially savvy dealmaker to lead hotel development across Mainland Spain, Canaries, Balearics, Portugal and the Mediterranean. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities before anyone else, and turning conversations into signed deals—this is your stage.

What you’ll be doing

Spotting our next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds,

Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners

Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements

Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights

Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval

Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life

Proven experience in business development, real estate or hospitality

Your background

Experience in hotel development and real estate transactions

Qualification in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality

Experience negotiating management agreements
