Are you passionate about premium patient service, smooth organization, and clear communication? At mySkin, an international practice specializing in dermatology, laser medicine, and aesthetic medicine in Bendinat, Mallorca, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Patient Manager to become a permanent member of our team. Working alongside three specialized physicians, you will play a central role in guiding our international patients through every step of their visit, ensuring a seamless and welcoming practice experience on the island.

In this multifaceted role, you will oversee front-desk operations and patient relations with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcoming, checking in, and checking out patients at the clinic

Coordinating and managing appointments across all communication channels

Planning treatment schedules and structured treatment series

Handling patient communication and organizing informational and consent documents

Managing patient billing, invoices, and general administrative workflows

Maintaining and updating digital patient records and CRM systems

Advising patients on specialized skincare products and handling product sales





Working in close collaboration with our doctors and specialized medical staff

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written skills in German, English, and Spanish (all three languages are mandatory)

Existing residence in Mallorca, accompanied by a valid NIE and Spanish social security number

Strong computer proficiency and confidence working with modern digital tools and software

Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a clear, positive approach

Strong organizational talent, proactive initiative, and a polished, friendly demeanor

Genuine enthusiasm for high-quality patient service and an interest in dermatology and aesthetic medicine
