Please only apply if you can commit to this.Your mission: own the strategy and outcomes for your pod’s highest-value, most complex accounts, turning data-driven decisions and strong client leadership into the standard the rest of the team is built to meet.What you'll do:Independently manage 5-6 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y, including our most complex, highest-value accountsOwn the retention roadmap across your portfolio: planning calendars, timing, and revenue targets, and interpreting data to define next stepsDevelop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns before they reach the clientWork with a more junior Retention Manager who handles copy and project management for your clients, freeing you up to focus on strategy and the relationshipMentor RM1s and RM2s in your pod: coach them on client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-makingRun client onboarding for new brands,
