Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies

Analyze reported content to identify potential policy violations, including spam, hate speech, and graphic materials

Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while navigating complex social media industry workflows

Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and policy shifts to provide effective moderation support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate sensitive cases and contribute to a healthier digital ecosystem

Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency and community safety benchmarks

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role

Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece





Strong interest in the social media industry and digital community safety

Ability to handle sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity

Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration

High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
