Experteer Overview In this role, you support over 40 entities across EMEA by maintaining and improving the Dynamics 365 Fu0026amp; O landscape as a trustedpartner to end users. You’ll work with a general ERP team to optimize processes and ensure high-quality internal support. You’ll tackle incidents, coordinate changes, and contribute to ongoing ERP initiatives, leveraging Microsoft technologies to enable better business decisions. - Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fu0026O
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related incidents and system issues
- Maintain stability, performance, and functionality of the D365 Fu0026O platform
- Manage and coordinate system changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in testing,



validation, and deployment of new functionalities and updates

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Functional Dynamics 365 Fu0026O / Finance u0026 Supply Chain Management support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fu0026O
- Experience troubleshooting ERP system issues and supporting business users
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
