Are you an experienced ceramic tiler seeking a stable and rewarding opportunity in Mallorca? A construction company in Pollença is hiring four qualified professionals to strengthen their local team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and laying ceramic tiles across construction and renovation sites in northern Mallorca. In this position, your daily responsibilities will center on professional surface preparation and tile installation:

Preparing walls, floors, and work areas prior to laying ceramic tiles.

Measuring, cutting, and arranging tiles according to project plans and specifications.

Installing, leveling, and aligning ceramic tiles on various surfaces.

Applying grout, adhesives, and sealants to achieve clean, durable, and weather-resistant finishes.

Maintaining tools, equipment, and a tidy workspace throughout your shifts.





To qualify for one of the four available positions, you should meet the following requirements:

A minimum of 24 months of professional work experience as a tiler or wall and floor installer.

Solid practical understanding of ceramic materials, substrates, adhesives, and modern laying techniques.

High attention to detail, precision in execution, and a responsible mindset on construction sites.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Pollença with good reliability.

The employer offers clear, transparent conditions for this role:

An indefinite (permanent) full-time contract.

A standard workday schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.

A gross annual salary of 27,431.18 EUR.

Four open positions available within the organization.
