You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team in Barcelona, collaborating closely with teams in Japan, the United States and the Netherlands, developing Drives Configuration and Programming software.Transform requirements into software specifications, Features and User StoriesDesign and implement new functionality, extending and evolving the software platformParticipate in code and design reviews, contributing to continuous improvementWork closely with software, test and application engineers, as well as other stakeholders, to improve product qualityInfluence schedule, feature and product design decisionsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address themEnsure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the softwareStay up to date with new technologies relevant to the productBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong ownership across the full software development lifecycle (from design to post-release)Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem:C#, .NET and desktop application development (WPF and React are a plus)Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: SOLID principles, clean architecture and scalable system designProven experience applying design patterns, writing maintainable code, performing code reviews and unit testingExperience with CI/CD, DevOps and collaborative development workflowsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
