Experteer Overview As SecureOT TAM, you serve as the trusted technical advisor after deployment, driving platform adoption, operational maturity, and value realization for customers. You’ll align security and OT operations with business outcomes, guiding cross-functional collaboration to optimize SecureOT usage. This role supports hybrid work across Poland, Czech Republic, or Spain and focuses on measurable customer impact. You’ll lead adoption programs, translate technical data into business value, and contribute to strategic planning and renewals.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and manage customer adoption and success plans to drive value realization
- Guide customers through 30/60/90-day adoption programs post-go-live
- Translate platform data into meaningful business outcomes and identify optimization opportunities
- Provide technical input into renewals, expansions, and strategic planning
- Review asset visibility, vulnerability data, and quality metrics to assess risks
- Recommend best practices for SecureOT configuration and utilization
- Train users on SecureOT capabilities and promote standard reporting and workflows




- Lead Monthly Technical Reviews and coordinate with CSM for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Sales, and Managed Services
- Escalate recurring challenges and elevate enhancement requests to Product ManagementResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools
- 2+ years delivering client training on product usage
- Experience using reporting/visualization tools for cybersecurity initiatives and compliance
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear non-technical language
- 2+ years experience in an OT or operational environment
- Professional level fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
