Experteer Overview As a Reporting u0026amp; Analysis Specialist focused on Growth Markets, you turn operational data into actionable insights that drive customer outcomes and performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Planning and senior leaders to answer what’s happening, why, and what to do next. You’ll build dashboards, identify trends and risks, and support evidence-based decisions across multiple European markets. - Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions covering operational, customer, sales and claims performance
- Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets and translate them into practical actions
- Translate complex data into concise insights for operational and senior leadership audiences
- Analyze operational performance across internal teams and external partners to identify root causes and improvement areas
- Measure impact of initiatives, track against targets, and support evidence-based decision making
- Develop leading indicators and early-warning measures to preempt emerging risks
- Provide analytical support for forecasting,



budgeting, capacity planning, target setting and incentive design
- Assess business cases and improvement initiatives to ensure investments deliver value
- Connect operational performance with customer outcomes, cost efficiency and commercial performance

- Experience in reporting, business analysis, performance management, workforce planning, or similar analytical role
- Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations
- Experience analyzing operational performance metrics (e.G., service levels, productivity, customer experience, sales, complaints or claims)
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
