As Senior Strategic Project Manager in the Office of the CEO, you drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across Luxembourg and Milan. Responsabilidades
• 6-7 years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment
• Regulatory expertise across compliance, legal, and regulatory matters
• Proven track record in end-to-end, multi-stakeholder project management
• Good high-level familiarity with fintech landscape, EMI licensing, and European regulation (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR)
• Cross-border leadership across distributed offices and matrixed teams
• Executive presence with strong communication skills for synthesis of complex concepts
• Mobility to be based in Luxembourg with travel to Milan
• Languages: English fluent; Italian is a strong asset
