Today we’re growing across almost 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.The role You’ll own every new product end to end, from idea to post-launch review: what we launch, whether it works in the kitchen and on the P&L, and whether it reaches all four countries on time. You’ll sit right between Product, Operations, Supply and Marketing.What you’ll do Build and prioritise the product roadmap: burgers, limited editions, sides, desserts, drinks and combosTurn each idea into a business case: target margin, expected sales, operational impactDevelop recipes, technical specs and product costing with suppliers and OperationsRun kitchen tests and in-store pilots: prep time, consistency, KDS impact, customer responseOwn the launch calendar, coordinating Supply, Operations,
