We are looking for Data Engineers to join a long-term strategic project in the insurance sector. This is a greenfield project to migrate and build a modern data platform using the Databricks stack. Your mission will be to lead the design and construction of anonymized Data Marts within a state-of-the-art corporate data platform, ensuring the highest standards of quality, security and compliance.
Задачи:
- Design and build robust Data Marts within a Cloud ecosystem.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and data management methodologies.
- Optimize jobs in Apache Spark and manage workflows in Databricks.
- Ensure data quality through testing, CI/CD and software engineering best practices.
- Implement anonymization protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.

Требования:
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Azure (Data Factory, ADLS).
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks (Delta Lake, Workflows, Spark Optimization).
- Expert programming skills in Python (PySpark) and strong SQL skills.




- Proven track record in Lakehouse / Medallion environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and version control.
- Fluent English (C1 level, written and spoken).
- A proactive mindset and strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Focus on writing Clean Code and maintainable code.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
