These presses utilize the latest in HP proprietary inkjet technology. It is an exciting, fast-paced, and growing business.Responsibilities
Design engineering solutions for mechanical and electro-mechanical hardware based on established engineering principles in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.Provide Tier 4 Engineering support, investigate hardware related field and factory issues and determine root cause(s).Use continuous improvement methodology to continuously improve performance, reliability and quality while reducing cost.Serve as HP technical interface for strategic suppliers.Work on cross-functional, multi-disciplinary project teams with other engineers and development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for highly-complex products.Collaborate and communicate with management, internal and outsourced development partners,



and other key stakeholders regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringTypically has 3 to 5 years of engineering experienceKnowledge & Skills
Ability to work across multiple technical disciplinesStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and project management skillsProactive, innovative, self-motivating characterStrong customer focusAbility to adapt and respond quickly and appropriately to changing business needsDetail-oriented, with a desire and proven ability to use data and analytical methods to investigate/solve issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in EnglishThe pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity
