As Regional Project Manager, you will lead CAPEX initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize project objectives and business value while upholding engineering standards. You drive risk mitigation and cost optimization, contributing to manufacturing performance and regional growth. This role offers impact through engineering excellence in an international, fast-paced environment.

• Lead CAPEX projects from initiation to closure within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business value.
• Apply Barry Callebaut project management methodologies and engineering standards across all phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop mitigation plans for deviations.
• Monitor, report, and escalate project progress with transparency and accuracy.
• Seek opportunities to optimize cost, schedule, scope and overall project value.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, environment and food safety during execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, international setting.
• Support peer reviews, value engineering, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to root cause analyses when required.
• Collaborate with site leadership, engineering, procurement, finance,



and external suppliers.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering, food manufacturing or CPG environments
• Proven track record delivering major CAPEX projects in international manufacturing
• Strong project management skills: scope, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder and change management, risk mitigation
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong technical understanding of food manufacturing processes and industrial engineering
• Advanced problem-solving, performance management and business acumen
• Advanced English proficiency with technical/industrial communication
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels
• Strong transversal leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary, international teams
• Experience coordinating contractors, engineering firms and construction/installation teams
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to share knowledge and learn
• Comfort with dynamic, matrix, international environments
• Decisive, resilient, and comfortable managing ambiguity
• Strong ownership mindset and result orientation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools; SAP and AutoCAD advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally up to ~40%
