You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of employee relations from Onboarding to Offboarding, bringing your unique experience and perspective, fostering a productive workplace environment, and ensuring a positive employee experience.Role Responsibilities Provide responsive and employee-focused support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues that cannot be resolved through self-service, applying sound judgment within established policies and procedures. Support compliance with local employment legislation and Employee Relations requirements, identifying potential risks and escalating complex or higher-risk matters as appropriate. Advise employees and managers on employment contracts, People Solutions policies, procedures, and standard HR practices, ensuring consistent interpretation and application. Coordinate monthly employee and payroll changes, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to the payroll team. Provide support to assigned employee populations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners,



Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other relevant stakeholders. Support the implementation of general, regional, and local People initiatives and projects, contributing to effective execution, change adoption, and consistent employee experience. Administer local employee benefit programs, acting as a key liaison with employees, providers, and internal stakeholders on eligibility, coverage, records, billing, and related queries. Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, perform regular audits, and prepare HR reports, data extracts, and ad hoc analysis to support People and business needs. Contribute to the simplification, standardization, and automation of People processes, helping reduce complexity and improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. Qualifications Qualifications Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law or Labor Relations preferred. Confident written and verbal English communication Experience working on transformation and automation projects/ initiatives Experience working with HR systems – SuccessFactors preferred Key Capabilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Continuous improvement mindset Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently Attention to detail Ability to work with others in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Job Segment:
