The role
You’ll turn inbound and warm leads into new customers, then build long-term relationships with them. You’ll contact people who have already shown interest in the service, present the right solutions and follow up with customers through the whole customer journey.
A big part of the role is building and growing your own customer portfolio. Regular follow-ups, upselling and win-back activities all give you chances to earn more sales and commission.
This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You’ll mostly work with warm leads and existing customers. The pace is high, though, and you’ll talk with a lot of customers every day.
What you’ll do
- Contact warm leads and convert them into new customers
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Build and grow your own customer portfolio
- Drive upselling and win-back activities
- Handle around 70 customer calls per day

Who you are
- Fluent in Swedish, with good English
- A strong communicator who puts the customer first




- Commercially minded and motivated by targets
- Positive, structured and self-driven
- A team player who enjoys a KPI-driven environment
- Comfortable with a fast pace and lots of customer contact
- Based in Spain or ready to relocate
