Experteer Overview

As Integrated Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a unified management system ensuring compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, plus regulatory and customer requirements.
You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with leadership to drive continuous improvement, risk management, and certification activities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align quality, safety, environmental, and energy initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

This role offers scope to shape the IMS, elevate compliance, and improve performance across facilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop, implement, and manage the IMS to ensure compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and Wabtec standards
- Lead internal audits program, plan, execute, and close out corrective actions
- Maintain IMS documentation and records in line with regulatory requirements




- Coordinate certification processes and surveillance audits
- Oversee IRIS 22163 rail-specific requirements and alignment with rail customers
- Develop and implement health u0026 safety, environmental, and energy policies and programs
- Monitor KPIs and drive CAPA for IMS issues
- Collaborate with Sales on customer feedback and action plans
- Lead emergency preparedness and safety culture initiatives
- Prepare regulatory reports and stay updated on legislation and best practices

Responsabilidades

- Five+ years in quality, health u0026 safety, environmental or energy management roles
- Experience with integrated management systems and auditing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO IRIS 22163
- Risk assessment and CAPA capabilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness for frequent travel to plant and field sites in Spain
