- 2 value, adoption, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic Private Cloud AI customers.

You act as a trusted AI advisor, translating deployments into broader internal adoption and measurable business outcomes.

You will combine enterprise AI credibility with commercial judgment to identify next steps and capacity needs.

You operate globally with a customer-facing, sales-oriented mindset, shaping roadmaps and value realization.

- Own Day-2 value, adoption and expansion for strategic Private Cloud AI customers
- Discover and shape new AI use cases across business units to drive production adoption
- Provide architecture guidance for workloads including inference, RAG, AI agents, model serving, data pipelines, observability, governance and security
- Evangelize Private Cloud AI to build champions and communicate roadmap updates
- Establish quarterly value/adoption/roadmap reviews with stakeholders and account teams
- Plan and lead onsite engagements with frequent LASER travel and maintain clear account plans
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities and run workshops to clarify priorities and capabilities
- Build the Global Playbook with reusable workshops,



templates, and reference architectures
- Capture field learnings and feedback to product and global teams to improve playbooks
- Operate in a startup-like environment with high ownership and pace Requisitos principales
- Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise AI and GenAI architectures (LLM inference, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model endpoints)
- Experience with Open Claw, Nemo Claw, Hermes and Open Code
- Production AI solutions using Python, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, IAM, and storage
- Knowledge of data engineering and ML platforms (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, observability tooling)
- Working knowledge of GPUs, power cooling and networking
- Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise technologies or HPE Private Cloud AI is strongly preferred
- Customer-facing technical sales or advisory background (AI Solutions Architect, Value Architect, Pre-Sales, FDE, CEs, etc.)
- Ability to translate AI tech to business value and facilitate workshops with technical and exec stakeholders
- Strong program and account management skills with concise executive communication
- English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
