Are you detail-oriented and passionate about language quality? We are looking for translators to join an ongoing project, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards of translated customer-facing content. This role involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. Volumes and timing may vary.
What you’ll do
- Editandreviewmachine-translatedcustomerservicecontentwithahighlevelofaccuracyandconsistency.
- EvaluateMToutputqualityandapplyseverityratingswhenrequired,followingprojectguidelines.
- Producehigh-qualityhumantranslationsasreferencedataformodeltrainingandqualityevaluation.
- Followprovidedstyleguides,tonerules,andterminologyrequirements.




- IdentifyandreportrecurringMTqualityissuesandbatch-leveltrends.
