In this role you will manage the Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle as part of Allianz’s Digital Resilience program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure outsourcing and vendor risks are assessed and controlled. You will support AZ Outsourcing u0026amp; Third-Party Risk Management Policy implementation across selected entities and contribute to audits and governance processes. You’ll work in a dynamic center with international colleagues, focusing on risk, data privacy, legal and security alignment. This is an opportunity to shape risk posture in a integral financial services environment leveraging AI and analytics.

• Serve as point of contact for risk queries and guidance within the delivery center
• Cover specific risk domains and provide up-to-date support
• Implement and oversee the AZ Outsourcing u0026 Third-Party Risk Management Policy across assigned entities
• Perform TPRM/Outsourcing assessments aligning with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security
• Contribute to internal and external audits related to Third Party Risk Management
• Prepare vendor management reports/dashboards for senior management
• Maintain TPRM/outsourcing inventory and supporting documentation (risk assessments, business plans, due diligence, BoM approvals)
• Plan and facilitate Risk and Control Assessments (RCA)



for TPRM service providers across the lifecycle; own the Governance system for the function
• Manage Quality Assurance over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results; ensure reporting

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in risk management: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, or business risk
• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Outsourcing Management; contact management, vendor management or procurement is plus
• University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Adaptability to change and ability to manage in ambiguous situations
• Proactive research and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to plan and deliver quality results on time
• Team player with experience in virtual international teams; international experience is a plus
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able under pressure, open to new learning opportunities
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is a plus
