Overview

In this role you will help build Elastic’s AI SRE observability platform, bridging autonomous investigations with engineers who rely on them. You’ll contribute to the Kibana UI and the data pipelines that convert telemetry into actionable signals. You’ll shape multi-agent reasoning and ensure the system surfaces trustworthy insights at scale. You’ll work across UX, product, and data science to deliver real-time, explainable investigations that close the gap between alerts and answers.

Responsabilidades

Build and improve Kibana interfaces for signals, investigations,



and findings used by SREs Develop components for the multi-agent investigation system and agent tooling Contribute to detection and signal generation pipelines identifying state changes worth investigating Support evaluation infrastructure, including offline/online data and dataset curation Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and data scientists on scope and methods

Requisitos principales

At least two years developing applications with TypeScript, React and Node.js Experience using AI to accelerate development and debug systems Knowledge of LLM-based systems — agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, context management Bachelor in Computer Science (or related technical field) or equivalent hands-on experience Creative, enthusiastic about technology and software engineering Willingness to learn in a dynamic, distributed environment Collaborative mindset Curiosity and willingness to learn Strong communication to explain complex concepts TypeScript React Node.js
