Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end incident response lifecycle for cybersecurity incidents within a regional scope, applying playbooks and coordinating with multiple IT and security teams. You will validate alerts, scope incidents, contain and recover, and document conclusions for stakeholders in English. You’ll escalate complex cases to senior responders and contribute to continuous improvement of response processes. This position sits within Schneider Digital, helping the company accelerate its digital transformation in service of a more sustainable world.

• Incident Triage and Investigation: review alerts, assess severity and impact, gather evidence, build investigation timelines, escalate as needed.
• Containment, Eradication and Recovery: coordinate actions with SOC and infrastructure teams, follow playbooks, track remediation and verify completion.
• Case Management and Communication: maintain case records, provide technical summaries, coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders, support cross-time-zone handovers.




• Detection and Technical Enablement: use SIEM/EDR/case-management tools, create basic queries, leverage automation to speed up analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, SOC operations, or related fields
• Hands-on experience investigating security events and coordinating incident responses in an enterprise IT environment
• Technical background in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to manage incidents with limited supervision and understand escalation thresholds
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
