Experteer Overview In this role you will own and optimize the payroll and core HR processes within Airbus Crisa. You’ll act as the bridge between the external payroll provider (ADP), Finance, and employees to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and benefits administration. You will maintain HRIS/ERP data, produce key HR metrics, and support audits while preparing for a shift toward strategic compensation and benefits initiatives.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Act as primary liaison with ADP and parameterize payroll processes; prepare accurate monthly inputs (variations, bonuses, absences)
- Review and validate monthly payroll outputs with Finance to ensure correct salary payments, tax withholdings, and Social Security contributions
- Serve as first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
- Own and maintain personnel administration data in HRIS/ERP; track records, leaves, and time-off




- Prepare HR metrics and reports for the HR Director; generate mandatory RLPTdocumentation
- Support internal audits and compliance with labor, social security, and tax inspections
- Collaborate with HR Director on benefits administration and rollout
- Contribute to a future strategic scope in compensation and benefits, from negotiation to deliveryResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of payroll management and personnel administration experience, with outsourced payroll providers
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Social Security processes and payroll tax calculations
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets; XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation)
- Team orientation and ability to collaborate with HR Generalist and Finance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain payroll concepts clearly to employeesRequisitos principales
