Experteer Overview
As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you will shape the AI-driven finance domain, building scalable multi-agent features that automate finance workflows. You’ll own the end-to-end loop from problem definition to measuring impact, ensuring reliability and user value. You’ll work with a fast, hands-on team to push probabilistic, LLM-integrated solutions on top of Ruby on Rails and React. This role offers the chance to influence core product decisions and drive real, measurable outcomes for thousands of users.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and architect complex AI-enabled features and multi-agent workflows
• Define high-level prompts and orchestrate agents to generate underlying code
• Review, validate, and ensure security, scalability, and coherence of agent outputs
• Define workflows, run experiments, and share findings to drive fast iteration




• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to translate AI hypotheses into working products

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering with a track record shipping AI features
• Experience with reviewing agentic workflows and understanding LLM architecture tradeoffs
• Ability to break down non-deterministic outputs for actionable downstream use
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails u0026 React and integrating AI models into scalable environments
• Able to explain complex technical decisions in plain English to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to own the end-to-end product loop from hypothesis to measurement
