Experteer Overview
In this role you drive localization for Amazon's country launches, shaping end-to-end readiness and scalable processes. You collaborate across teams to align scope, budget, and timeline while embedding governance and quality at scale. You’ll explore AI- and automation-driven improvements to reduce cost and time-to-market, and onboard new business lines into a self-service localization framework. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of language, tech, and global strategy.

• Own country launch readiness end-to-end from intake to go-live with cross-functional coordination
• Prioritize localization scope and cost to maximize impact while keeping programs within budget
• Maintain cross-functional alignment to prevent outdated plans or wasted scope
• Establish governance with intake processes, readiness criteria, and financial controls
• Ensure quality at scale by coordinating UAT and readiness recommendations with business owners
• Design repeatable frameworks, runbooks, and playbooks to simplify future launches
• Manage stakeholders, forecast costs,



report to senior leadership, and conduct postmortems
• Identify and pilot AI/ML solutions to automate manual processes and reduce costs
• Onboard new business lines and evolve support toward self-service

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and communicating results to senior leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing content projects, overseeing localization
• Familiarity with NMT or LLM technologies and their application to large-scale content operations
• Understanding of software internationalization (i18n) principles
